Black Sesame Brittle



1 T. butter or ghee

2 T honey

2 T coconut sugar

1 T. water

β…“ cup black sesame seeds

ΒΌ tsp baking soda

Melt butter, honey, water and sugar in a pan on medium heat for 2 minutes, add black sesame seeds and cook 4 more minutes, stirring and swirling the pan often until the liquid is an amber color.

Spray parchment paper with baking spray and pour the liquid out and allow to cool. Break into pieces and serve with ice cream.
