Lettuce Wraps



1 Olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 T. grated ginger

1 small onion, chopped

1 lb. ground chicken

1 T. grated ginger

¼ cup hoisin sauce

2 T. soy sauce

1 T. red wine vinegar

1 T. Sriracha (hot sauce)- optional

Butter lettuce


green onions

Mandarin oranges



Saute onion and garlic in a saute pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until onions soften. Add in ground chicken and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and sriracha-if using.

Serve with toppings in a big butter lettuce leaf, reinforce with a tortilla if you like and add your favorite toppings!
